Shipping policy

  • Please read each shipping option carefully. Choosing the incorrect option could cause your order to be cancelled.

    • Stamped Letter Mail | No Tracking | Stickers Only: Please select this shipping option solely for the purchase of stickers. Choosing this shipping method for any other products will result in the cancellation of your order. Note: This option is only available if the weight of the shipment is less than 3.5oz in total, including the weight of the envelope itself. You may upgrade to tracked shipping by selecting First Class Tracked Package.
    • First Class Mail | No Tracking | This shipping option is typically the cheapest option. However this option DOES NOT include tracking! So beware when selecting this option that your order will arrive when it arrives and there is no way to check on it.
    • First Class Tracked Package: Basic shipping for orders over 3.5oz with tracking. Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation
      email that includes your tracking number.
    • First Class Tracked Package + Signature: Basic shipping for orders over 3.5 ounces with tracking and signature required upon delivery. Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your tracking number.
    • First Class International Tracked Package: Tracked shipping for orders in available countries outside the USA. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Orders typically arrive within 1-4 weeks (Please be patient! Some countries may see additional shipping delays).
    • Free Pickup is only for friends and family. Your order will be canceled if this option is chosen.
    • Large originals will only ship domestically in the US.
    • Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to ship. 

  HOW WILL MY ORDER BE PACKAGED?

    • Orders containing only stickers or bookmarks will be shipped in a stamped envelope. For all other orders, a clear cello bag may be added to provide weather protection during shipping. This is typical for art prints and other paper products that are not weather proof.


    • If your order includes washi tape, keys chains, or other bulky items it will be shipped in a padded mailer to prevent damage during transit. In the case of an order that contains both prints and washi tape, a backing board will be included to protect the print from any potential damage.


    • Orders that include prints or cards will be shipped in a rigid mailer to avoid any bending or damage to the print during transportation.


    • Original artwork will be shipped in a rigid mailer if the artwork is of a smaller size. Extra protective measures, such as a cello bag and backing board, will be taken to ensure its safety during transit. If the artwork is 9 x 12 or larger/has a frame, custom packaging will be used.


  • DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE US?

    I am currently not providing shipping outside the U.S. I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Please follow me on social media or through my email to stay up to date because I will be offering international shipping later on.


  • WILL I BE CHARGED SALES TAX OR VAT (Value-Added Tax)?

    If you reside in the United States, you may be required to pay sales tax at the point of purchase. Please note that I am not collecting any VAT import taxes that may arise. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you are responsible for any VAT fees or charges that may be incurred, and you agree to this condition. Thank you for your understanding.

    If the item you have received is damaged, or if you did not receive the correct item, please do not hesitate to contact me for assistance. It's important to note that I do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges.

ECO-FRIENDLY

  • WHAT I AM DOING TO MAKE MY STORE MORE ECO-FRIENDLY

    • While I am currently using up my remaining stock of clear plastic bags for packaging products such as prints and stickers, I kindly ask that you either recycle or reuse these bags once you receive your order.


    • I am currently switching over to using curbside recyclable and biodegradable glassine bags or clear bags. If your art print or card contains a clear sleeve it may or may not be biodegradable as I am currently switching over to a more eco friendly option.


    • As a part of my ongoing commitment to sustainability, I am always exploring new eco-friendly options for both packaging and products.


  • ECO-FRIENDLY PACKAGING

    • All of the envelopes and padded mailers used for shipping are made from 100% recycled materials, and they are curbside recyclable and compostable. 


    • In order to minimize waste, I will be switching over to zero-waste shipping labels on all packages after my current stock is used, which can be placed directly into your recycling bin.


    • To seal the packaging, I use washi tape and water-activated tapes. If you receive a package with regular packing tape I apologize. I do what I can as a small business owner to make sure I'm trying to be as eco friendly as possibly but I am not perfect and sometimes I run out of options.
